Davido Reacts As EFCC Allegedly Freezes Bank Accounts

Following widely circulated and speculated reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had allegedly frozen seven different bank accounts of the Adeleke family, Nigerian popstar, Davido has reacted to the reports which list accounts belonging to Osun state PDP governorship aspirant Isiaka Adeleke, Davido’s billionaire father and himself.

A tweet shared by ChangeTheChange (PDP Twitter handle) which Davido had retweeted suggested the Federal government as being responsible for the development.

However, after a fan showed surprise Davido’s bank account was allegedly affected, the DMW boss in a rather corky fashion bragged that the alleged freeze may not affect his uncle’s gubernatorial bid as he dropped comments like, ‘Make dem go Wells Fargo for Atlanta na’.

Davido only yesterday officially called off his US Tour and is scheduled to return home to campaign vigorously for his uncle to win Osun governorship election which holds next weekend, September 22.
